If you’re a new visitor on my site and don’t know me yet, this post is for you.

First, welcome!

I love new visitors and really appreciate you taking time to see what I’m about and the work I do in natural health.

I help people transition away from an unhealthy diet, which typically consists of meat, dairy, eggs, and processed/sugary/junk foods, to the diet that’s optimal for our biological/physiological design. Understanding your body’s digestive physiology is a critical aspect of learning why certain foods are toxic and others are healthy.

Each species in nature has a species-appropriate diet; we humans are no exception. Our optimal diet is a low-fat, raw vegan one consisting of mostly whole, fresh, ripe fruits along with tender leafy greens (lots of lettuce!) and small amounts of nuts/seeds. It’s the diet we evolved on to the high state of development we enjoy now, and it’s a truly delicious and satisfying diet—particularly when you clean your body’s system (inner terrain) and overcome toxic cravings that have perverted your taste buds.

Proper hydration is also vital, which I focus on, as well. Most people are suffering symptoms of chronic dehydration so the water piece is an important one.

In addition to diet, I help people learn about and implement many different lifestyle habits that promote health including sleep, fasting, exercise/movement, sunshine and natural light, emotional poise, and more. 

Sidebar: You may be thinking to yourself: Gosh, those diet changes sound pretty major! And perhaps you’re skeptical and doubting you could transition into that diet. I encourage you to stick around, gain some new knowledge, and know that you can get there with small changes along the way just like I did. 

Becoming aware that you’re living an unhealthy lifestyle, appreciating on a deep level that you need to make changes, deciding to make your health a priority, and taking the steps necessary to create and maintain good health can be very challenging and overwhelming. I know because I’ve been there.

In a nutshell, throughout my life I suffered with a variety of different health conditions. As a young girl, I remember my Mom saying that the pediatric clinic we frequented often was like a “second home.” Into adulthood, I experienced skin conditions, migraines, digestive issues, colds/flus, insomnia, anxiety, hair loss, fatigue, and a general feeling of lowered vitality.

About 10 years ago, I made some big changes and ventured on an incredibly exciting and rewarding journey of learning about nutrition and natural health. And that has led me to this point in my life where I now enjoy excellent health and have a strong passion for helping others create vibrant health.

 

My intention for this website and my work as a Natural Health Practitioner is to help you:

Ultimately, my aim is to help you “unlearn” false information, gain important knowledge you won’t find in mainstream circles, and empower you to make simple changes to your diet/lifestyle that’ll free you from sickness/disease and result in vibrant health.

 

By simply living in harmony with the physiological laws of life—the laws of nature—you will experience for yourself how beautiful it is to give your body what it needs to naturally return to and maintain a state of health and vitality.  

 

A vital part of your healing and creating optimal health depends upon casting aside any disbelief you may have due to feeling more “comfortable” with continuing to believe conventional, mainstream falsehoods in health circles. For the most part, the information that pours out of the TV and the medical system has nothing to do with helping you create health; it has everything to do with keeping people sick, weak, dependent, and customers of the sick-care system for life.

 

Despite what you may hear from your doctors, you can reverse symptoms and health conditions you may be suffering with—whether it be headaches, digestive problems, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, or a long list of other so-called “diseases”—through natural healthful living. When you replace unhealthful dietary and lifestyle factors which lead to those symptoms with healthful ones, your body will naturally heal itself and health will be restored. Although there are times when irreversible damage has been done, the body is a miraculous organism that will do everything in its power to restore itself to its highest health and function.

 

When we eat and live healthfully—understanding and honoring the design of our infinitely intelligent body—we use our God-given, self-healing power to its fullest extent, which enables us to manifest vibrant health and tremendous abundance in our lives.
